What affects my return rights?
Go Like Hell Books offer and regularly provide a full refund service to all customers who are neither happy nor satisfied with their items, however to qualify for a full refund you must:
Return the unused items in perfect condition
Return the items in the original packaging if possible
Return the package to us within the time frame specified
If you meet all the criteria above Go Like Hell Books are more than happy to offer all customers a refund, however if you fail to send the items back in the specified time Go Like Hell Books will only give you a partial refund or in a minority of cases no refund at all. If you have any further questions regarding our returns procedure in terms of your consumer rights call the customer services team today. ***Please note if you receive damaged goods you need to call us immediately - we will then be able to discuss your options with you.***
Go Like Hell Books's exchange procedure
On top of our fantastic refund procedure, Go Like Hell Books also offer a fantastic exchange policy in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your products. If you do wish to exchange an item you should:
Return the product within the allotted time
Identify clearly which product you'd like in exchange
Contact the team if the exchange product has a higher price tag than the original item
In the event that the exchange item you select is cheaper than the original item, Go Like Hell Books will automatically refund the difference
When you send us the product back for exchange it would be extremely beneficial to us if you specify the reason for the swap e.g. incorrect colour, wrong size etc. This tiny piece of info helps us to improve our customer services and provide a better shopping experience for you in the future. Refund policy
In order to be entitled to a full refund you must meet the criteria found on this page. If you send us the product back within 30 days in excellent condition along with the original invoice, Go Like Hell Books are more than happy to provide you with a full discount - from when we officially receive the returned goods we will refund you the full amount within 14 days (subject to terms and conditions). If for any reason you haven't received a refund in that time you should call Go Like Hell Books asap. ***Please note Go Like Hell Books does not recommend using couriers. For your protection as a consumer Go Like Hell Books strongly advises you to ask for a proof of postage - this can be used to track the product if it gets lost in the post.
