Informal Description of Admin Staff

A functional administrative department is essential to all businesses, which is why Tina Hernandez does her utmost to make sure things are always up to speed. Accountable for handling order forms, documents and files to enquiries, updates and complaints, she is adept at completing it all with the aid of admin workers Pauline Kazinski and Natalie Thomas. The admin staff have fantastic organisational skills and have to keep to strict deadlines, operate the reception lobby and iron out any administrative kinks, which is why the firm would ground to a halt without them. Greta Darlington is the final team member and is the latest recruit - she is an expert at using computer software to the best effect after finishing her qualifications in information technology.

Computer Staff

Shawn Scott leads the Go Like Hell Books IT section and deals with many employee affairs from administering individual employee projects and assessing their progress to rating their general performance, He oversees strategy and tactics so that every computer-based task is accomplished quickly and punctually. He carries out interviews for new recruits and appraisals of existing staff members as well. Saima Khan, head of systems operations, ensures that no glitches surface in the internal computer system and Karl Redford assists other employees with minor setbacks associated with internal emailing, spreadsheet creation, internet access and document retrieval. Online brand identity and written content is managed by Karen Goodey who has worked for online writing establishments nationwide.

Our Mangers

Todd Mitchell, management supervisor, has been connected to the firm for most of his working life. His main skills lie in effective leadership, mediation techniques and the encouragement of quality relationships with customers. He was recruited by the company after a short spell working for a different enterprise based in the south where he got to grips with the diverse qualities required to become a successful manager. General manager Samantha Davies covers client and staff well being and is extremely competent in her role. Her repertoire is matchless and she encourages team morale. Sheila is intent on bettering time management procedures and likes to ensure that the customer always gets what they need without question. Jerry Holswoth regularly liaises with Sheila by offering further support when required - he was employed by the firm in the early days and has played a major part in its growth.
